Qawiiah Bisiriyu - Operations Associate

Qawiiah joined Wild Search in 2025. She graduated from the University of Cambridge in 2024, where she read English. Alongside her studies, she developed her skills within roles of creative production and social impact.

At Wild Search, Qawiiah oversees operations, coordinates events and ensures excellent communication between clients and candidates, ensuring the smooth running of all assignments from engagement through to appointment and is responsible for research work.

At university, she produced, directed and performed in over 35 productions, leading on projects in London and the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, and co-founded a new theatre company for her local student community. In her final year, Qawiiah also presided over the Marlowe Dramatics Society, the oldest theatrical society in Cambridge. Her event management experience included the Watersprite Film Festival, where she arranged entertainment, logistics and keynote talks for one of the world’s leading student film festivals. As Entertainment Officer for the Jesus College May Ball, Qawiiah curated their events programme to create a cohesive and memorable experience for over 3000 guests.

She has been committed to access within education, volunteering as an outreach ambassador at Jesus College, where she delivered events, developed educational resources, and oversaw residential programmes for young people aspiring to higher education. She also volunteered with May Week Alternative, contributing to their widespread fundraising efforts for the Against Malaria Foundation.
