The United Westminster & Grey Coat Foundation is an education charity with over four hundred years of history, which oversees three independent-sector schools and two state academy schools in and around the London area. There are around 900 staff employed across the five Foundation schools, and a small central team, based in the Foundation office in Victoria, London. The Foundation has seven wholly owned subsidiaries associated with the schools and the property portfolio.

Over the past year the Foundation has focussed on mutual benefit and collaboration within the school community. To that end it has established a Professional Development Committee delivering collaborative CPD, professional networks and leadership coaching programmes.
