More Leading Women Launched 25th March
We were delighted to welcome a number of contributors to the launch of More Leading Women, our 33rd publication which includes contributions from 12 women who have shared their experience of their work and careers.
A sequel to the report Leading Women, which was launched in 2017, the publication was edited by our Director of Research Katherine West and includes a contribution by our Chair of Education Caroline Haines CC, who welcomed guests at the event. We were pleased to welcome contributors Anna Searle, Arabella Gonzalez, Pam Cox and the author of its preface Baroness Morgan of Cotes.

Caroline Haines CC to chair Wild Search Education Advisory Board
We are delighted to welcome Caroline Haines CC as a Senior Adviser and Chair of our Education Advisory Board. She will work closely with Wild Search Founder Edward Wild and former Education Select Committee Chair Neil Carmichael in advising our clients on senior and board appointments and our future reports on education.
HMC Board Members appointed
Wild Search was retained by the board the Heads’ Conference to manage the search and advise on the appointment of its first ever independent board members. As a result of an extensive search the board appointed Geoff Thompson MBE (Founder, Youth Charter) and Arun Kanwar (Managing Partner, Cairneagle).
