Academy Trust Appointments

20th March 2019

Wild Search recently completed work in partnership with the Sharnbrook Academy Federation in Bedfordshire, resulting in two Principal appointments being made. They are detailed here:

Sharnbrook Academy Principal Appointment

Lincroft Academy Principal Appointment

Chief Executive Iain Denning said of our work:

Sharnbrook Academy Federation approached Wild Search when faced with the retirement of its two secondary academy principals.

We wanted to work with an organisation that shared similar values to us, that listened carefully to our requirements and that would enable us to make appointments that would bring strength both to the individual academies but also to the Trust as a whole. We also wanted to work with an organisation that had the resource to take the administrative work away from busy schools.

From our initial meetings with Edward Wild  where the brief was worked up, to the production of high quality literature co-ordinated by the Wild Search team , to the contacts made with prospective applicants we were not disappointed.

We felt like we were working in partnership with Wild Search, that they really understood us and that we were getting a bespoke service.

This positive experience continued through to recommendations of suitable candidates from the team, weekly updates on progress to date, opportunities for me as CEO to meet with or speak to prospective applicants, guidance with shortlisting and help in delivering a different type of interview days that really did allow candidates to give of their best and allow us to make two high class appointments.

I can thoroughly recommend Wild Search.
