Aimee joined the team in 2026 following her time as Chief Operating Officer of The Conservative Party from 2020 to 2026 delivering governance reform, operational transformation and election cycle resilience in a highly regulated environment. She was previously Deputy CEO & Group Finance Director at Central YMCA, where she delivered a multi-year turnaround from substantial deficit to profitability; integrating YMCA Training and launching a Post-16 apprenticeship provision under the 2017 Standards. She was Finance & Operations Director of The Petchey Academy (2009-2015) following her earlier career in FTSE 100 businesses.
Aimee is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA). She serves as the Chair of the Finance and Audit Committee and Non-Exec Director for EMD UK (Sport England funded) and is a Board member of ArtsEd schools.
