We work with boards and chief executives to identify outstanding candidates for leadership, board and senior management appointments.

Established in 2010, Wild Search is a well-connected, executive search and advisory company which has developed a community built from long-term relationships of both clients and candidates we have engaged with through searches, reports and partnerships.

Our specialisms include conducting searches for Chief Executives (CEO), Chief Financial Officers (CFO), Chief Operating Officers (COO), Fundraising Directors, Commercial Directors, business development and sales roles, chairs, board members and trustees within charities, foundations, membership bodies and BIDs, schools, multi-academy trusts and commercial education groups. 

Increasingly we are engaged to advise on both new roles in established organisations and the appointment of founding Directors, Heads or Chief Executives and board members for start ups.

We are experienced in conducting board and merger reviews, salary benchmarking reviews and strategy development reports.

Wild Search has developed a strong track record of advising chief executives and boards on senior appointments. As a consequence, we have developed detailed knowledge and undertaken research into remuneration and benchmarking. Finance Team and Financial Reviews

Stephen Perry and Edward Wild are well placed and experienced in advising clients on the structure of their finance teams and how to optimise performance. This is especially relevant to schools groups and charities with a number of sites and finance teams dispersed across them.
