Paula has a breadth of experience advising a wide range of clients on HR for over 20 years.
She has worked with large and small organisations in various stages of their business cycle and has also held senior level HR positions developing HR strategy, leading and managing organisation development projects, introducing initiatives to improve morale and dealing with often complex staffing issues.
Paula is passionate about HR adding value to all businesses and is proactive in evolving the people plans to align with the aims and goals of the business. In addition to her HR support for Wild Search she is also an adviser on HR Director and related searches we undertake.
She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
