Established in 2010, Wild Search is an executive search and advisory company, specialising in advising businesses, not for profit organisations, and those at the interface between them, on key leadership appointments. We combine both a strong and rigorous in-house research capacity with a proven track record of attracting candidates to sectors which are new to them. Our knowledge of the sectors and markets we serve is underpinned by our growing expertise in thought leadership. Our consultants bring both substantial senior experience within these sectors, together with a formidable network of contacts on which to draw to benefit those with whom we work.
We exist to ensure that our clients are provided with the best possible insights and advice when making key appointments and other business critical decisions. We believe in establishing and developing long term relationships and ensuring a highly resourced service with an emphasis on providing rather than sacrificing excellence in pursuit of higher volumes of business.
