Our executive search and advisory services specialise in working with Boards and Chief Executives on a retained basis to identify and engage outstanding candidates for leadership and senior management appointments within the UK and internationally, in both commercial and non-profit organisations.
All projects are supported by our experienced in-house research team and, where appropriate, research partners on whom we can rely to provide an efficient and confidential service. Wild Search is an evolving and innovative business, constantly working to improve the quality of service we provide and to identify partners who will enrich our work.
We both identify candidates within the sectors for which we are recruiting, in addition to attracting candidates to sectors which are new to them (notably charities, rural organisations, professional and membership bodies and educational institutions), where their leadership skills and functional expertise may prove more important than prior sector experience.
We believe in establishing and developing long term relationships with clients and candidates. We have a clear understanding of the expectation of working for high profile clients and maintaining client and candidate confidentiality throughout the process.
