Leadership Coaching

The Wild Search leadership coaching division, led by Helen Selka, was formed in 2011 in response to demand from our search clients. The team brings extensive experience of business, charities and sport. They focus on working for organisations and the individuals within them in, providing leadership coaching and development advice. Each programme of coaching is tailored to the individual's requirements and the expectations of the organisation/s they serve. Following an initial meeting, our coaches will provide 3-4 sessions with full preparation and feedback.
